Custom HAPI resources (as extension of the official resources) for the CH-EMED-EPR project.
It assumes Configuration.status = 0, i.e. 'auto-create' mode when accessing attributes that have not been
set.
Some resources are not redefined here (such as CHEMEDEPRPatient, CHEMEDEPROrganization and others) because there would be no new code to write for them.
